Overview

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Lead training and implementation projects for strategic accounts. Organize and ensure successful deployment of VIEVU products during T&E and Rollout stages.  Be a communication bridge between all departments to ensure the flow of information and efficient use of resources. Act as an expert resource in all functional and content areas associated with the implementation project.

  • Be active in the pre-sale and post-sale process of opportunities assigned to by the VP of Key Accounts
  • Successfully manage multiple/simultaneous implementations by continually motivating clients, ensuring project timelines are met, and the client and/or partner issues are addressed
  • Onsite/remote technical training and product training
  • Onsite/remote technical customer set up and support which includes completion of site assessments, stress test, etc
  • Continues customer engagement with T&E prospect (with a gradual transition to RSD/RSM) during the pilot period to ensure smooth and trouble free testing experience
  • Proactively provide status updates to the client team, including Executive Management, to ensure successful and timely implementations and deployments
  • Collect customer feedback and bug reports. Combine this information to provide constructive feedback to the IT
  • Collaborate with other members of the implementation team to create and deliver web-based training materials
  • Assist RSMs on webinars where advanced technical support or project management experience is needed
  • Be available to travel for Implementations/Deployment support
  • Be available to travel for sales /IT support at the direction of VP of Key Accounts
  • Deliver RFP support on sections that require implementation assistance
  • Manage deployments and implementations through the use of agency specific Implementation plan, Training Plan and Project Plan
  • Post-Sales Support (on-site/remote) to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Creation of and modification of presentation support materials as assigned by VP of Key Accounts
  • Assist in sales and IT support at major trade shows on VIEVU Calendar
  • Check and verify T&E equipment readiness at the direction of VP of Key Accounts and Implementation

Qualifications

Desired Skills/Experience

  • BA/BS
  • Experience conducting group training
  • Intermediate computer/software skills
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with MS Project and Salesforce/NetSuite CRMs
  • Experience supporting SaaS sales
